- Send us your flight details – flight number, date and landing time, plus the number of passengers and amount of luggage.
- We confirm the price and the time – a fixed price agreed in advance, with no hidden costs and no charge per kilometre.
- Your driver is waiting on arrival – we track your flight status, so a delayed flight is not your problem.
- We arrange the return transfer at the same time or later, to fit your schedule.
The transfer price is calculated per vehicle, not per person – which means it often works out cheaper for families and groups than any alternative.

The transfer service is available to guests who have booked accommodation or a package arrangement through Velox Tours, but we can certainly arrange a transfer through our partners as well.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight status in real time. The driver adjusts the pick-up time, with no extra charge for standard delays.
Do you have child seats?
Yes – with advance notice we provide child seats and booster cushions at no extra charge.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
We recommend booking as soon as your flight is confirmed, and no later than 48 hours before arrival. In peak season, an earlier enquiry guarantees availability.
Do you drive at night or early in the morning?
Absolutely! We adapt transfers to your flight schedule, including early morning and late evening slots.
Can the transfer route be adjusted?
Yes, with advance notice – as can short stops along the way to your destination.
How does payment work?
Payment for the transfer is agreed in advance and can be made in cash, by credit/debit card or via PayPal.
