The host stays in the outdoor area of the villa when maintaining the pool and only enters the interior in agreement with the guests if repairs or maintenance are needed. Otherwise, guests are provided with complete privacy and a peaceful stay.

The newly renovated apartment house is located in Porec in the settlement (Stancija Vergotini), the house is two (2) kilometres away from the centre of Porec and the nearest beach.
