A shop (Maxi Konzum), a cafe (Vertigo Caffee), a restaurant (La Contadina) and all necessary facilities can be reached very quickly near the house. Next to the sea, there is a long path created for evening walks, bike rides or some other form of fun and relaxation. There is parking for two cars in front of the house.
