Villa Zara has capacity for eight (8) people. It consists of a living area with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a modern dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for independent preparation and serving of meals. The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms with flat-screen TVs (three bedrooms have double beds while the fourth has two single/independent beds). The villa also has three bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a larger balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding area. In the basement of the house there is a sauna and a gym. A storage room for ironing and laundry is also available to guests. Its layout makes it attractive for a quieter as well as more active vacation.
- Up to 45 days free cancellation –
The guest may cancel the reservation up to 45 days before arrival, the advance payment will be returned, but the transaction costs are borne by the guest.
- From 45 days to 30 days, 50% -
If the guest cancels the reservation within 45 days to 30 days before arrival, they lose 50% of the advance payment and the transaction costs are borne by the guest.
- From 30 days to the arrival day, 100% -
If the guest cancels the reservation within 30 days before arrival, the deposit (full amount) will not be refunded.
- No show –
In case the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, the accommodation will be reserved until 12:00 the next day. If the guest announces his non-arrival due to private reasons, and that it is not possible to arrive on the agreed date, in that case they can change the day of arrival, but the nights not spent will still be charged.
- Moving the reservation to the next season or another term –
In the event that the guest requests to transfer the reservation to the next season/year or to another date due to COVID-19 disease or other health problems (with presentation of valid medical documentation), the advance payment (or the full amount) will be transferred to the next year/season or another date with the condition that the remaining amount must be paid by a certain date in the following year (or the same) in order for the reservation to remain fixed; this condition does not apply if the guest cancels the reservation within 15 days before arrival. In case the guest does not pay the remaining part by the agreed date, the reservation/s will be cancelled.

In villa V8, towels and bed linen are provided. The cleaning service or the owner changes bed linen every seven days and towels every three days.
There is a swimming pool within the villa V8, more precisely on the west side of the building.
The swimming pool of villa V8 has a depth of 1.30 m, and it does not need a lifeguard.
On the plot of villa V8 there is a shower which is placed next to the swimming pool.
Villa V8 has a jacuzzi located on the paved part of the yard.
Villa V8 has a sauna, which is located in the spa-relax zone on the ground floor.
In villa V8, the garden furniture is located on the terrace overlooking the pool.
Villa V8 has 3 bathrooms.
Pets are not allowed in villa V8.
Final cleaning is included in the price of villa V8.
The owner does not live on the same land or the land next to villa V8.
