The newly renovated apartment house is located in Porec in the settlement (Stancija Vergotini), the house is two (2) kilometres away from the centre of Porec and the nearest beach. Poreč has been attracting guests from all over the world for decades with its cultural and historical sights and decoration, numerous sports and recreational facilities, and diverse gastronomic offer. The house has a total of five (5) apartments with capacity for six to eight (6-8) people. The house has at its disposal a large swimming pool, which is intended for the common use of all guests. Deck chairs, umbrellas, a trampoline with props for the youngest, outdoor seating, and a fireplace for preparing the finest barbecue are also available. Parking is provided within the house.

It consists of an air-conditioned living room with a flat screen TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed. The living room is also equipped with a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for the fifth and sixth person. There is also a flat-screen TV in the rooms, the apartment has a bathroom and a washing machine, which allows for a longer stay in the accommodation. Also, within the apartment there is a balcony with a view of the courtyard of the house dominated by the outdoor swimming pool with accompanying facilities.
