The facility is located in Porec-Istria (Novo Naselje), 700 meters away from the old town of Porec. It has been attracting guests from all over Europe and beyond for decades with its cultural and historical sights and decoration, numerous sports and recreational facilities, and diverse gastronomic offer. The first beach (Brulo) is 400 meters away. In the vicinity of the house, you can quickly reach a store (Market Koraca & Koraca), a cafe (Beach Bar Jedro), a restaurant (Buffet Zomzi), and all the necessary amenities. Next to the sea there is a long path created for evening walks, bike rides or some other form of fun and relaxation. There is parking for two cars in front of the building, and free public parking in the immediate vicinity. There are two accommodation units in the facility.

Apartment for four people
It is located on the ground floor of the house. The capacity is for up to four (4) people. It consists of a living room with a flat screen TV, kitchen equipment, a dining table, one bedroom with a double bed and one single bed, and a bathroom. In the living room there is a couch that can be used as a bed for the third and fourth person. The apartment opens onto a lovely terrace surrounded by flowers, where there is a seating area. The apartment rental price includes the use of: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
Apartment for six people
The apartment is located on the first floor of the house. The capacity is for six (6) people. It consists of a spacious living room with a flat screen TV. The living room is connected to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds for children up to twelve (12) years old, and a bathroom. The apartment has two pleasant terraces with seating furniture. The apartment rental price includes the use of: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
