The agency staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, we had no running hot water for 5 days after we arrived because the boiler was broken. The television was also not working. The apartment was also not particularly clean and some utensils were missing, damaged or too few. The good location was positive.
In general, before the trip, I must carefully analyze and compare the reviews and impressions of those who have already visited this or that place, accommodation, or point of interest. It really caught my eye that the reviews from two or three years ago were, to put it mildly, "not very". This surprised me, because the last, so to speak, freshest impressions of the guests were positive. So, as the English say - "You can't cook an omelette without breaking an egg and using a pan"! So, here are our latest impressions. First, settlement. It was incredibly convenient and productive. It should be noted that the apartments are managed by the VELOX company. So, their office is located at Ul. Mate Vlašića 1, 52440, Poreč, Croatia.. And a huge thanks to them for their convenience, help and responsibility! In the evening, on the eve of our arrival, they contacted us. All details were explained. They indicated the address where they will be waiting for us. In the morning, we approached them, and while we were drinking coffee in the coffee shop located right there, all registration formalities were resolved. As for the apartments themselves, they are really worth the price we paid! Clean, tidy, There is a mini kitchen, with everything you need. Refrigerator, iron, air conditioner, clean bathroom. And a wonderful terrace where you can relax and even cook a meal on the grill))) I would especially like to note the advantages of the location of the accommodation. The nearest beach is a 7-minute walk away. It is 15 minutes to the city center, where there is a market, supermarkets, and the beginning of the historical quarter. walking So in my opinion - location - 10. Amenities in the accommodation - 9 (this rating reflects a slightly noisy street, which at night is a little confusing with the noise of vacationers who like to sit on the terraces far into the night, , and make noise. Another minus - passing cars and especially scooters and motorcycles!!! I want to breathe at night sea air, you open the windows, and there is traffic until the morning.
