Parking for cars is provided in front of the villa.

Poreč has been attracting guests from all over the world for decades with its cultural and historical sights and decoration, numerous sports and recreational facilities, and diverse gastronomic offer. The house has a total of five (5) apartments with capacity for six to eight (6-8) people. The house has at its disposal a large swimming pool, which is intended for the common use of all guests. Deck chairs, umbrellas, a trampoline with props for the youngest, outdoor seating, and a fireplace for preparing the finest barbecue are also available. Parking is provided within the house.
