Each accommodation is carefully chosen to ensure you have a comfortable and unforgettable stay, whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, with family, or in a group of friends.

    Apartments – Your Apartment as Your Home

    Apartments combine the comfort of home with hotel‑style amenities. Each apartment comes with a fully or partially equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals to suit your own gourmet taste. Depending on the size, apartments feature one to four bedrooms, making them perfect for families or groups of up to eight people.

    All our apartments are air‑conditioned, and most include a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening. Cleaning and linen changes are included in the price—usually once a week for longer stays—as well as towel replacement. Free Wi‑Fi is available in all apartments so you can share your experiences on social media right away.

    Our apartments are located in attractive areas, 100–800 meters from the beach or town center, providing easy access to all main amenities. Parking is provided for all guests, and most apartments are pet‑friendly upon prior request.

    Studio sizes range from 25 to 40 m², sufficient for a cozy stay for couples or small families. All studios are air‑conditioned, with a private bathroom and balcony/terrace. Wi‑Fi is free so you can share your experiences on your favorite social network! Maintenance and cleaning are carried out regularly without delay.

    Most villas feature a completely private pool, ensuring maximum intimacy. Villas come fully equipped with a complete kitchen, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances. Cleaning and maintenance are included in the price and carried out regularly.

    Our villas are child‑friendly—with safe pools, gardens, and children’s facilities. The outdoor space includes a barbecue and outdoor kitchen, perfect for gatherings. All villas are fenced for extra security for you and your children. Private parking is provided for all guests.

    Villas are entirely exclusive during your stay. Some offer additional spa amenities such as a sauna or jacuzzi. Most are pet‑friendly with an extra fee or prior notice.

    We recommend booking a villa at least 2–6 months in advance, especially for the summer season. Nightly rates range from €160 to €1,000, depending on location and amenities. The price is ‘all‑inclusive’: use of all villa facilities, cleaning, linen, towels, Wi‑Fi, parking, and pool maintenance during your stay.

    Holiday Homes – An Authentic “At‑Home” Experience

    Holiday homes offer an authentic experience of living in the destination you’re visiting. Each house is fully equipped for you and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The number of bedrooms ranges from 2 to 4, accommodating 4–10 people.
