- Drive through the Istrian hills with panoramic views of the Lim Channel, vineyards and olive groves.
- Welcome 0.50l water in a plastic bottle.
09:10 - 10:00 | Drive to the first renowned oil mill
- Comfortable drive through Istrian landscapes.
10:00 - 12:20 | Arrival at location and beginning of experience
- Guided extra virgin olive oil tasting (90 - 120min):
- Tour of the olive grove.
- Educational presentation on olive cultivation and oil production.
- Tasting of the combination of water and our premium olive oil.
- Authentic snack with homemade specialties and a glass of Istrian wine.
- Land Rover-Defender tour:
- Olive grove tour with Land Rover - Defender (20min).
12:20 - 12:30 | Boarding the van
- We leave the oil mill with phenomenal memories and head to Kažun Park.
12:30 - 12:45 | Arrival at Kažun Park
- Relaxing park with enough time to see the old Istrian Kažuns (Istrian dry stone houses) and information boards about their history.
- Ideal for photography and enjoying the Istrian rural landscape.
12:45 - 12:55 | Boarding the van
- Drive to the next oil mill.
12:55 - 15:00 | Arrival at the oil mill estate
- Welcome aperitif with regional sparkling wine.
- Tour of the estate and oil mill, brief walk through the olive grove, expert-guided tasting of five oil varieties in the professional tasting room located in the center of the oil mill, with stories about our family tradition, production process and the olive heritage of Istria and Vodnjan.
- Authentic Istrian delicacies will be served such as local cheese products, homemade cured meats, homemade tomato sauce and regional wine. To finish, a seasonal dessert with local dessert liqueur will be offered.
- Visitors will learn about all stages of creating quality organic extra virgin oils, how to recognize authentic products on the market and the ideal pairing of various types of olive oils with different dishes.
- After the tour, free tasting of our entire oil assortment is available in the estate's sales area.
15:00 - 16:00 | Boarding the van and return
- Pleasant drive back with guide's commentary about Istria and vineyards.
