In the heart of green Istria, the family has been nurturing the tradition of handmade pasta since 1994. Every fuž, every pljukanac and every ravioli is made here with love, by the hands of experienced craftsmen and from the highest quality ingredients – fresh local eggs and organic flour.
We invite you to a unique Istrian pasta-making workshop, where you will go through the entire process of creating authentic pasta – from kneading the dough to shaping and the final tasting! Under expert guidance, you will learn the secrets of making perfect fuži, pljukanci, and ravioli with different fillings.

Arrival at the location:
- Address: Turčinovići bb, Sveti Petar u Šumi
- Arrival at the estate and introduction (10 – 20 min)
- Start of pasta making, lasting 30 – 40 min
- Lunch (tasting the freshly made pasta)
- Total duration of the experience: approx. 3 – 4 hours

Experience:
- Professional staff.
- Istrian pasta-making workshop:
- Maneštra (traditional Istrian dish).
- Pljukanci with asparagus and pršut (pljukanci are a traditional Istrian pasta).
- Ravioli with 4 types of cheese (ravioli are also a traditional Istrian pasta).
- A small sommelier corner with a presentation of all available wines and recommendations on the best wine and food pairings.
- Drinks included:
- 1 glass of white wine.
- 1 glass of red wine.
- or a wine combination of your choice.
- Purchase of products
- Transport to the experience location and back (agency representative also serves as the driver) – only with surcharge

Trip details:
- Duration of the experience: 3 to 4 hours (depending on the group size).
- Travel time to the experience location and back to the starting point: 30–40 min one way (depending on traffic conditions). (Only with surcharge!)

- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited for persons under 18 years of age.
- The activity itinerary may vary depending on the size and abilities of the group during the pasta-making segment.
