The Perlin House is situated in a prime position, in the very center of the town of Vrsar. The closeness to the nearest beach and the sea is only 250 meters. The location of the Perlin House, which is almost in the center of Vrsar, makes it close to many restaurants and cafes, as well as other events that traditionally take place in Vrsar during the summer months. The house has a total of five accommodation units of different sizes and capacities. There are: one larger apartment that can accommodate up to six people, two slightly smaller apartments with a capacity of up to four people, and two rooms / studios designed to accommodate two people. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and there is also nearby free parking available for guests of a house.
