TRUFFLE EXPEDITION
- Duration: 40 min – 1 hour
11:00 – WELCOME TO THE ESTATE
- Introduction to Truffles: Educational presentation on Istrian truffles, followed by interaction with trained truffle dogs.
- Welcome Drink: Refined aperitif – truffle-infused rakija.
11:20 – GASTRONOMIC TRUFFLE COURSES
- First Course (11:20–11:40):
- Cold Platter of Delicacies: Selection of cold specialties enriched with black and white truffles (truffle honey, pâté, truffle prosciutto).
- Second Course (11:40–12:00):
- Culinary Workshop: Interactive preparation of a frittata with fresh truffles, guided by a local chef.
- Third Course (12:00–12:30):
- Dessert Alchemy: Demonstration of chocolate mousse with truffles, paired with homemade rakija distillate.
RETURN LOGISTICS
