The MTB Cycling Railway Parenzana offers a unique blend of historical nostalgia and modern cycling adventure. This 123 km route through Istria, Italy, and Slovenia is ideal for beginners, families, and leisure cyclists. Once a railway (1902–1935) connecting 33 towns from Trieste to Poreč, it transported passengers, wine, and olive oil. Restored in 2006, it’s now Istria’s most popular cycling trail.
Our tour starts with a transfer to Buje, followed by a ride to medieval Grožnjan for sightseeing. After refreshments, we cycle to Livade and enjoy lunch in Motovun. Explore tunnels, bridges, and vineyards on this romantic journey through history!
